LOCALAD FAQs: Ads, Pricing, Membership and Support

LOCALAD helps people post and find advertisements. Registration uses a one-time password (OTP) to verify control of the registered phone number. That registered number remains private; a contact number entered into an advertisement is public. User IDs are visible to other users.

LA Pulse offers national visibility for normal and personal advertisements. State Slider and District Slider Ads cover the selected state or district. Normal and Personal Ads cover the relevant locality or pincode area.

Yes. Free Normal and Personal Ads run for 7 days at the bottom of the list. Paid Normal and Personal plans offer longer validity and different list placement and search optimization. Video attachments are available only for paid postings.

Choose LA Pulse for visibility across India; State Slider for the selected state; District Slider for the selected district; or a Normal or Personal Ad for the relevant locality or pincode area. Match the selected area to the real availability of your item, service or connection.

Users can post unlimited advertisements, subject to premium slot limitations. LA Pulse and Normal and Personal Ads have no posting or slot limit. State Slider Ads have two slots per state; District Slider Ads have ten slots per district.

Royal Membership costs ₹999. Lifetime validity with a one-time payment.

It includes ₹500 in LA Points for paid advertisements. Qualifying direct Royal referrals earn ₹200 and qualifying direct normal referrals earn ₹20 in Cashout Points, subject to applicable terms. Rewards are not guaranteed income; Google Play ratings and reviews are not rewarded or required.

The phone number used for OTP registration remains private. Any contact number entered in an advertisement is public. User IDs are visible to other users, so share only the contact details you intend to publish. Read the Privacy Policy for more about information handling.

Check listing details and the other person independently. Avoid sharing OTPs, passwords or payment credentials. Meet in a public place where appropriate, inspect goods before paying, and be cautious of requests for advance payments or personal documents.

Royal Membership provides an initial ₹500 in LA Points. LA Points can pay for paid advertisements but cannot be withdrawn as cash. You can top them up through payment or transfer eligible Cashout Points. A Cashout-to-LA-Points transfer cannot be reversed.

Cashout Points come from qualifying referrals. Eligible points can be withdrawn after reaching ₹1,000, with KYC required before the first withdrawal. They may be transferred to LA Points, but cannot be directly recharged or topped up. Ratings and reviews do not affect eligibility.

LA Points pay for advertisements and cannot be cashed out. Cashout Points are referral rewards that may be withdrawn after the eligible threshold and KYC requirements are met, or transferred to LA Points. That transfer is irreversible; Cashout Points cannot be directly topped up.

Qualifying direct Royal referrals can earn ₹200 and qualifying direct normal referrals can earn ₹20 in Cashout Points, subject to valid referral conditions and applicable terms. No rating or review is required or rewarded. Earnings depend on qualifying referrals and are not guaranteed. Please confirm detailed eligibility conditions with the LOCALAD team.

Inactive chat messages are automatically deleted after 30 days. Sending at least one message during each 30-day period keeps a chat active. If a chat room is deleted, users can create a new one.

Video attachments are available only for paid postings. The maximum size is 200 MB and the maximum duration is 2 minutes.
